Reverse URL shortener

Feature ask: I'd like when hovering an URL that is shortened to see in
the status bar the real URL.

Might help avoiding clicking on some evil URLs that could send me
places I don't want to go to.

URL shorteners are like SPAM email- don't click on the link if you don't
know who's providing it to you.

With that said, tinyurl.com has a preview feature that can be set in a
cookie, so whenever you click on a tinyurl.com link, you get a preview
of where you're going before you get there.

This would be a good feature. It's a chrome extension already but they
could use the code.
