Google Drive flagging file as malicious/virus

An EXE I am hosting on Google Drive is being flagged as containing a virus for colleagues trying to download the file.

If I download the file from its original source using Chrome I do not get such a warning. 

Do Chrome and Drive use different virus scan systems?

How do I report a false positive to Google/Google drive?
