Finding the source/algorithm for Chrome's unique opaque origin generation

Hi all,

I was researching on how Chrome internally generates the unique origin for use in sandboxed iframes or data uris. I searched a bit but could not find a place to look for. Is the case that Chrome just maintains some sort of flag to indicate that the origin of this context is a unique one without having to generate any internal origin for that contexty.
I have never worker or contributed to the chromium project so I am not yet very comfortable with the source. So, please just a guidance will be very helpful.
