I'm seeing issues with certain H264 codecs not being playable through the Media Source Extensions in Chrome.

One specific codec I'm having trouble with is avc1.42c015, whereas files with codec avc1.42c01e play fine.

I'm working with the Wowza Streaming Engine server product, which can provide vod streaming of AVC/ACC files in MPEG-DASH format to DASH players.
From player logs, it appears that the problem videos trigger the MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED error to be reported on the video element.

Here is the original source mp4 file of a video I'm having issues playing back:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/90gekx7evw7jluh/dartmoor.mp4?dl=1

Here is a stream url to a running Wowza server from which the DASH segments for this file (and the mpd) can be pulled directly:
http://50.183.82.234:1935/vod/mp4:dartmoor.mp4/manifest.mpd

Here is a link to a DASH IF reference test player where the error can be reproduced (feed it the mpd url above):
http://dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/1.3.0/samples/dash-if-reference-player/index.html

I've tested with the latest Chrome Stable (Version 41.0.2272.89 m) and the latest Chrome Canary (Version 43.0.2328.0 canary)

I've also tried the Google Shaka player as well and see the same or similar issue.

As a point of reference, the video appears to play fine on IE11-Win8.1.

Please let me know if I can provide any other information or data of use.

Thanks,
RichC
