changing chrome.exe file name and icon

hi.

i want to change chrome.exe name and icon in windows.

in directory: \src\chrome\app\theme\chromium\win\

there is a file named chromium.ico 

when i change it the toolbar icon of the running  exe file changes correctly but not in the task manager. just in the toolbar. and also the chrome.exe icon does not change.

i want too change the exe file icon and the name of it . i have searched the code and the groups and the cs.chromium but i didnt find anything .

can anyone help?

I guess you will have to change all of the ICO files (that look like the Chromium icon). I narrowed the total ICO files a bit -

Yeah, only one icon seems relevant. Perhaps you must rebuild the entire project for it to apply throughout.

i have looked at all search results but there is just 1 chromium icon in there and i already changed it and like i said that file does not change the exe file icon. just the toolbar icon . but tnx for helping

I also want to change the name of chrome.exe ,How I do?  Change the chromium.ico ? then rebulit with "ninja -C out\default chrome"?
