Having a shortcut (or any other way of launching an application with
command-line parameters in Windows), how to configure Chrome to open
separate window for each launch? Currently, every subsequent execution
of the program (via shortcut) is opened as a tab in already existing
window.

As described here:
You can create explicit App Shortcuts from the Chrome UI...

You can also use the --app="<YourUrl>" command line prompt to manually setup your shortcuts...

Enjoy! :-)

This does not answer my question. --app runs Chrome in other mode.
I need that the command 'crome.exe url' is always opened in a new
window (with standard browser interface). How this can be done?

Ha! Sorry, I misunderstood, my bad...

Where you will learn about the --new-window command line argument...

It should provide you with what you are looking for... Right?

Hello all,

I'm trying to do that on MacOS, is there a valid way at this time ?

If I try the -new-window switch, the Chrome window dies immediatly :/

If I try this command (notice the "-n" option), it does the same :
open -n -a "/Applications/Google Chrome.app"

Any help would be much appreciated :)
