Massive drop in web push notification subscribers on Chrome 110

Hi,

We've recently experienced a massive automatic unsubscription affecting exclusively users of Chrome 110. Hundreds of thousands of push subscriptions have been invalidated in a single day.

And the phenomenon is ongoing. Some push subscriptions only survive a few minutes. 

About 30% of new push users seem to be randomly affected: their Notification.permission is reset to "prompt" and the PushManager subscription is invalidated, so pushing to the endpoint gives a 410 error.
