A few months ago I randomly got a piece of code that appears of EVERY http or https page that makes the page 99999px by 99999px. This has been getting really annoying recently and I'm needing help removing it. I have tried reinstalling Chrome and it didn't work. Malwarebytes Anti-malware can't detect anything that could be causing problems. The only virus protection I have is Windows Defender, and it doesn't detect anything either. I can't afford any good virus protection that could possibly find the problem. If you can find anything that could possibly help that would be appreciated.

So far, this only affects Chrome, not Edge, and originated from http://oct82.com/

Have you tried looking through your extensions and disabling some?
Does it work correctly in Incognito mode (which would also point to an
extension)?

I don't believe uninstalling/reinstalling Chrome will delete your
extension and other settings.

The screenshot shows that the huge div is called hc_extension_bkgnd, so almost sure an extension. Just go to chrome://extensions and disable it and you should be good to go.

It looks like this extension is actually written by Google, it's called the high contrast extension. I'll file a bug to see if someone can investigate that.
