Awlays throws error messages when downloading a http file

Recently, I have found that when I access a file link to download inside an HTTP page, it throws an error "The file at 'xxx' was loaded over an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS." It seems this is a new feature, but I don't know if there is a flag to avoid this error message in the dev tools.

My Chrome is 137.0.7151.120.
