How to lock down/disable Chrome or Chromium address bar?

Either email addresses are anonymous for this group or you need the view member email addresses permission to view the original message

Is there any way to use certain settings to lock down/disable Chrome
or Chromium address bar so that the user can only use the browser to
go to the default page, and nowhere else? Thanks for the help in
advance.

no setting can do. but you can achieve it by your chromium code.
