I don't see any reason why Chrome should stop working on their site,
though. If Safari is supported (even if it's only for Mac), then any
webkit based browser should work reasonably well. The only reason, then,
that you wouldn't be able to use Chrome, would be if they blocked you
from using their site based on the browser you use. If that does becomes
the case, I would petition them to stop specifically blocking browsers
that they don't support and instead display a notice that your browser
is unsupported and why it is unsupported.
For Android OS, the browser that's included (unless some other browser
has been installed; I don't know if that's possible) is based on WebKit,
so you should be fine (barring the possibility that they block based on
user-agent, etc.). If they do block you, I would contact them.
From the page:
> What if I continue to use a browser that is not supported?
> If you are using a browser that we don't support, you may not be able to access our site or you may not have the same level of performance as if you were using a supported browser.
I think the second part is important; it infers that you should still be
able to access the site, even if you use an unsupported browser. Your
experience might not be as good as if you did use a supported browser,
but it should still work. It's also important to remember that what they
(appear) to mean by supported is that they have tested the site with the
supported browser, but no others.
What they really want is for users to be using a recent, secure browser
(though they're being kind of halfhearted in that regard, not suggesting
users upgrade to the latest version), and to reduce the number of
browsers they have to test. To that end, they have tested some browsers
and named them "supported", but that doesn't necessarily mean that other
browsers won't work. Anyway, I'd imagine they'd fix any minor problems
you find, if you ask them.
