Migrating from the Google Chrome forum.

Hello All,
I am using the browser macro extension imacros, with google chrome on a linux platform.

I can launch chrome from the command line, and give chrome arguments etc when I try to run imacros, the chrome will run, but the macro will not. The macro can be launched manually, but this defeats the automation component I am trying to get.

A similar command in firefox would be:
$firefox  imacros://run/?m=iwin.iim

the google chrome version doesn't work, and doesn't produce any errors in the command line.
$google-chrome-stable  imacros://run/?m=iwin.iim

I have tried the various permissions, and options in the extensions setup and options pages, I have given the imacros extension File System access, and permission to run incognito. nothing seems to work. I have tried to contact Imacros, and read the corresponding documentation on their website.

I would like to know how I can launch imacro macros from the linux command line, with google-chrome, or google-chrome-stable.

Ubuntu linux 16.04, Google Chrome stable version Version 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit), Imacros version 844.

1. This does not look like a Chrome issue, but an extension or usage issue.
2. I have not seen any post by you in their public forum, so I am not sure how you contacted them (and whether you waited long enough for people to reply).
3. This page says that a command line approach is not supported in Chrome (at least from shallow reading).
