When http2 frame size exceeds upper limit

Hi,

I'm looking this source code: https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:net/third_party/quiche/src/spdy/core/http2_frame_decoder_adapter.cc;l=776;drc=6efee78914660d0249e01aa403579476d8dc6a20

I think Line 780 should before Line 776, that means SPDY_CONTROL_PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE have a chance to be thrown.

Can you please file a bug at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry with this information? You can just paste what you put in the email into the description, ignoring the text that's already there. Use the component Internals>Network>HTTP2. (That might not be the exact right component, but it's close enough that the bug will get assigned to the network team who can put it in the right place.)

That way the net developers, who might not read this forum, will get a record of your report and can keep track of its status.
