Misuse of chromium trademark

Hello, guys, Russian government-related company has released closed-source copy of  chromium, with cryptography-related changes. Since there is no any source code available and since the change seems to be certified by Russian Federal Security Agency, one could assume, that they added some backdoors.

I think, this is an issue, and that this company definitively shouldn't be allowed to use chromium trademark for their products.

I do not think Chromium is a trademark (or a registered trademark). Chrome probably is.

It looks like both Chrome (browser) and Chromium (open source project) are trademarks of Google - http://www.google.com/permissions/trademark/trademark-list.html

I think a Google IP lawyer would have to evaluate whether or not the mark is being misused.
