Hi everyone,

I have updated several systems (Windows only) to Chrome 37 and a new file called Secure Preferences has been created in my profile directory.
If I understand correctly this file is used to securely store some user preferences.

However, the content of this file is not consistent across my different systems:

- on one system the Secure Preferences file contains many user preferences (which were previously stored in the Preferences file)
- on my other systems the Secure Preferences file is almost empty (just a super_mac value) and the user preferences are still stored in the Preferences file.

Could someone shed some light on the way the Secure Preferences file is used? Is there a specific flag to set to use it instead of the traditional Preferences file?

Thank you for your help.

Mat.
