translate is not working

why does chrome not translate discord site 

I don't want an add-on, just like chrome translates other sites, it should translate discord

how do i solve this problem

Chrome Translate does not descend into sub-frames. This is likely the cause.

chrome translates discord

after selecting the text, only the discord top bar can be right clicked

so the translate option opens and now we can translate the whole discord

(only we can right click on top bar)

This seems to be because your browser is in English, and Chrome is detecting the page you're on  as English as well. Because of this, it won't suggest Translating the page (EN -> EN wouldn't make sense).

Ultimately, there's non-English content on that page but the page itself is in English so there's not much Chrome can do there. The right-click menu as you've shown is the workaround, unless you can also set discord to display in the non-english language of your choice.
