Enabling extension in Chrome

Hi Guys

Is there a way i can enable the extension in chrome without manually doing it from the chrome://extension. Crx file of extension is present in the local machine and we are using  registry method to push the extension into the client machine

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Google\Chrome]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Google\Chrome\Extensions\kapenncbbdmooanjhhaokalmincfphkf]

By default it is disable in the client machine
