I am having issues with displaying SharePoint Webpart which is embedded in a page as an iFrame element. But it's not being displayed in Chrome browser, but showing in IE. Have any one faced this issue before?

Thanks in advance.

Do you see any error/warning in the console?

Hmm... Does it work in Firefox?

Is it possible that this web part is embedded on an HTTP (or HTTPS) website but it is trying to load a local file (a file from the computer of the user) in an iFrame?
If so, this is indeed not supported in Chrome. It might be supported in Internet Explorer if you add the site to the trusted zone or something. Chrome (as well as Firefox, I think) does not support zones.

Or is this web part embedded in a local HTML from the computer of the user?

Thanks a lot for your reply.

No. it also does not work in FireFox, content does not displayed.
And yes, this web part is embedded on an HTTPS website and trying to get a file form a shared network folder in an iFrame.
Is there any way that it can be working ? or will it be supported in Chrome later?

I am pretty sure it will never be supported (it would be a security/privacy breach). You can use a static HTTPS server instead and serve those files from there.
(Insecure HTTP will not work due to mixed content)
