Browser redirect to another site

When I try to go to filehippo.com the page lodes fast then I am redirected to pccleaner365 purchase webpage I tried blocking this site and now I have a cookie icon in the right side of my browser with an red c on it I never had this before. I am wondering if I have something stored from pccleaner website on my computer or in my browser why it does that or even in my registry. When I go filehippo.com on my iPhone the page loads fine without any redirection how do I fix this issue on my desktop computer and get my chromium browser back to normal?

Does this happen in incognito mode (Control + Shift + N)?

You should check for unknown extensions (Chrome menu (three lines)>Tools>Extensions) and disable them.

Malware can also cause that, so check your system for malware.
