CNG - cannot find the file

hi,

when i try to build the chrme, after opening the C++ this message
appear

CNG - Debug Win32
is out of date

then,

this message was appear

unable to start program
D:\home\..............\CNG.lib

the system cannot find the files specified

how can i fix this ?

the problem solved but a new one is appear :(

gl_implementation_win.cc(5): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory

fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'D:\home\chrome-svn\tarball\chromium\src\build\Debug\lib\gl.lib' 

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'D:\home\chrome-svn\tarball\chromium\src\build\Debug\lib\gl.lib'

my OS is windows 7, 

include directories : $(WDK_DIR)\inc\atl71;$(WDK_DIR)\inc\mfc42;$(IncludePath)

Library directories: $(WDK_DIR)\lib\ATL\i386;$(LibraryPath)

I get the same problem when compiling chromium in vs2010

Error:system can't find the file "D:chromium\src\third_party\moudles\..\..\build\Debug\CNG.lib"
