I'm guessing the op is talking about the TCP ping command output. 

If this is about the Chrome browser, browsers do not support commands.because of security. He will need to setup a webserver to get access.

If this is ChromeOS, you need to talk to that group.

This is definitely possible using Native Messaging in an extension.
