Google Chrome policy templates

I just downloaded the updated policy templates for Chrome and noticed
that there is now a "Google Chrome (Recommended)" section. I can't
seem to find any documentation about this, so I was hoping someone
could explain the difference between the "Google Chrome" section and
the "Google Chrome (Recommended)" section.

Hello,

The recommended section allows you to define values for the policies
that are meant as defaults but will not be enforced on the user like
the values from the other section. That means the user will use your
provided values but will be able to change them from the interface. If
you want to set values which should not be editable by the user than
you should use the "Google Chrome" section as usual. Any values you
have set with the old template will still be effective and will stay
in the non-recommended section.
