Unsolved extremely important issue regarding Chrome/Google Speech Synthesis

Due to my work, voice-over narration, this matter is of high importance.

Extremely difficult to find any answers. Have turned to at least 30 sources now.

Brief:

I have been using text to speech online site called VoiceGenerator.io

I use a voice called GOOGLE UK ENGLISH FEMALE

A couple of weeks ago this voice disappeared, to be changed to a much lower quality, irritating voice.

My question is: what happened? I'm sure you tech experts know.

It was suddenly replaced and I can't get the voice I have used back, have even tried to go through all Google supported voice list - it's not there either.

I don't believe it is the higher quality WaveNet voices, but standard and older.

Also, the webmaster of the site does not answer.

Does anyone know? Would be almost ready to pay for an answer.

Was it because of

1. Chrome update?

2. Windows 7 update?

3. Google's update on their voices in some way?
