Window naming from the command line

After enabling the `#window-naming` option under `chrome://flags` Chromium allows you to name the window permanently instead of using the site title as the window name.

Is it possible to set the window name from the command line using one of the available flags? I would like to launch it from a script with the name pre-set, instead of having to manually set it in the options menu.
