Chromium Based Browsers Don't Load Web Pages

Hello, I have been looking at an issue with my company for a while and I am absolutely stumped. We have one user's machine, Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19044, that does not load web pages on Chromium based browsers. Edge, Chrome and Opera do not load at all, no error message just a constant spin. Firefox and Internet Explorer load every time without fail. We can get the Chromium browsers to work periodically by resetting the cache in Edge and Chrome and repairing Edge and Chrome. A reboot of the machine allows us to work for a few minutes. The longest we were able to use them was 45 minutes before it goes back to its old behavior. I noticed an update happened to Edge the day before this happened, 9-18. It updated to 105.0.1343.42.

Any assistance would be appreciated as I feel like I've been bashing my head into a wall for the past 5 hours.
