Aw snap due to "Desktop Identity Consistency disabled as sign-in to Chrome is not allowed"

Good day, 

I'm using chromium (version: Chromium 108.0.5359.94 snap) on Ubuntu 22.04. However, we have encountered several times of "Aw, snap!" issue. 

We have checked the chromium debug logs, we found out that the error message is "Desktop Identity Consistency disabled as sign-in to Chrome is not allowed". We did not manage to find any post related to this issue. Please advise what is the cause of this issue and how to fix it. Thank you very much
