For the next chrome update, I wanted to maybe recommend this, since personally, I would very often use it. I would like to help chrome get better and be more easy to use. 

I was thinking of adding Native Multi-Process Tab Isolation with Resource Caps.

It allows users to assign resource limits (CPU, RAM, GPU) per tab group or domain. Enforce hard caps via OS-level cgroups (Linux) or Job Objects (Windows).
