SPDY Server Push / Hint

Hi,

Just read the SPDY whitepaper discussing server push vs hint. How are you guys deciding when to push and when to hint? Have you considered adding information to the client's initial request containing information on what they've cached? For instance, they could pass the static resources (CSS, Javascript) they have cached for the domain in a Bloom filter, to keep the overhead low.
