Hi!

https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/download-chromium/#chrome-for-testing seems to simultaneously imply that Chrome for Testing is a variant of Google Chrome (containing the proprietary codecs) and a variant of Chromium (not containing the proprietary codecs). My question is: are the Chrome for Testing binaries available under the same open-source license as Chromium, or do they contain unfree / non-redistributable code, and where can I find a comprehensive list of changes so I can build my own Chrome for Testing from source (assuming it's based on Chromium, not Chrome)?

Sincerely,
Gavin
