I had downloaded Google Chrome Version 19.0.1084.36 beta (Ubuntu 12.04  64bits) and I want to know how to force Chrome use the built-in Flash Player.
When I go to chrome://plugins/ it shows me the following info about Flash:

Flash - Version: 11.2 r202
Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202
Name: Shockwave Flash
Version: 11.2 r202
Location: /usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so

That location is the same of the plugin that Firefox is using.
Where is the built-in Flash Plugin?

Same here with 19.0.1084.56 stable (release notes states it comes with Flash 11.3) on Fedora 17 x86_64. Since 11.2 will be the last Flash version officially supported by Adobe and further versions will only come bundled with Chrome, I am very interested in using Chrome's own Flash.

Andre

I'd bet you have Chromium, not Chrome. What is written on your
chrome://chrome/ page?

Not really, I do have Chrome installed (RPM google-chrome-stable from Google, "About" page says "Google Chrome").

The 64-bit version of Chrome doesn't have flash bundled (until version 20, the current beta, which has the PPAPI version of flash included.)

Thks for the clarification. This should be more explicit on the release notes IMHO.
