Tab-Overview

It would be very useful, to have a tab-overview of all open tabs in
all open windows. With thumbnails of all open tabs grouped by the
windows in which they are (4 thumbs per row, horizontal line and new
row for tabs of next window....). And if you place the pointer over a
thumbnail, there should be a bigger preview like in the Google search-
engine. And to make it perfect, there should be a search-box that
searches over all tabs in all windows - not only page title and URL,
but also the contens of the pages. And it would be stunning, if you
can rearrange the tabs (even between different windows) by dragging
the thumbnails.

This tab-overview should be accessible with a menu-item and a keyboard-
shortcut (for normal Chrome on every device). And on Chrome-OS-devices
there should also be (in addition to menu-item and keyboard-shortcut)
a function-key for that (the button in function-row, that is now used
for next tab, what is common with Ctrl+Tab already).

A tab-overview (built-in, not with any add-ins) is on my wish-list for
a very long time. And with your suggested features (not only tabs of
active window, but of all windows, sorted by window / search all
tabs / rearrange tabs - even between windows - by drag-and-drop
thumbnails) it would be a top-feature!

Of course there are plug-ins for this, but they either don't have all
suggested features or they don't look well. This feature is such a big
usability-enhancementn for every user (maybe a few people don't need
it, but they're not distracted by this feature), that it should be
built-in and not with any plug-ins.

The look should be similar to the "most visited"-thumbnails on the
Chrome-Startpage.

There's a tab overview feature on Mac.
