why my chrome doh keep failing , and i need to restart the chrome every once in a while to make the doh working . Anyone have the same issues ? . i enable dns over https on chrome://flags/#dns-over-https , on my network configuration i put 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 on dns option. i check whether my doh is working by go to this site https://1.1.1.1/help . Everything ok but on 10 to 15 minutes while browsing the dns is failing and revert back to my isp dns , and I need to restart the chrome to make the doh working again.

As it is currently just an experiment to validate our implementation, DoH support in Chrome is currently very conservative to avoid any disruption to the user experience.  By design, Chrome will stop attempting DoH requests after a couple failures and will not try again until after connection change or browser restart.

But I'm curious what you mean by "revert back to isp dns".  Do you just mean that Chrome is no longer attempting DoH, or do you mean that Chrome is actually reverting to different DNS providers from those in your network configuration and no longer using 1.1.1.1 at all?

Could you follow the instructions here to get a NetLog dump? That should provide logs to potentially help us understand the cause of the issue. You can file a bug report at http://crbug.com/new and attach the log to it.

Thanks!
