Un-checking "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" in Internet options is not working. User is always authenticated.

Version 41.0.*

Previously we were using the command line switch chrome --auth-schemes="" -- but that was removed with v41 intentionally.

Not sure if it's a question or not, but it sounds like it ends in a statement, which is in fact true.

Just for reference, the bug report which removed this command line flag is:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=374951  -  Remove HTTP Auth related command-line flags

This was intentionally removed by crbug.com/374951. If you file a bug regarding "Enable Integrated Windows Authentication" in Internet options not working, your issue will probably be closed as WontFix (I have no control of that). However, while removing this was intentional, this option should be removed rather than broken; that is one excuse for filing a bug.
