chrome problems with run as different user

Hello.

We have resourse with kerberos authorization.

For work purposes users run chrome with different credentials.

When domain user run chrome with credentials another user from same domain they cannot used drag and drop for attach files on web site. 

In IE and Firefox users don't have this problem. 
Any ideas?
