Google Chrome Browser Feature Ideas

Hello Chrome developers, there is a great idea to give every tab on chrome to be aviable tune up and down volume independently from site to site from tab to tab if it is possible by software/hardware.

btw. radio can put lower volume as a fone music, videocast or something else put on louder volume and calls and strems at high volume. Is this possible to be work in feauture in chrome browser? Thank You for your work.
