[Linux] Scroll Speed too slow

Hello, since this is not a bug, I decided to post it here.
The scroll speed of Chromium/Chrome on Linux is way too slow, specially when compared to the Windows/OSX version of the browser. 

There is an extension to "fix" this problem, but it isn't dynamic based on the screen size, so for multiple displays it becomes a mess.
