Yousician isn't working on Chromebook

Hello,

  I've been using the app yousician on my chromebook 15 for a long time with no issues at all but the new version 3.0 gets freezed after entering username and password. I wrote to yousician explaining what happened and they answered me that it cannot run on chromebooks. I told them that it is posible to run android apps on chromebooks thanks to an android software and they replied that as chrombook doesn't support yousician there is nothing to do. I'm not sure what this is all about. If I downloaded software for android apps I think that it should work. 

Am I wrong? 

Maybe the problem is from the software for android that needs some kind of update. 

Any information, idea or solution?
