Bootstrap Select not visible on chrome android

I have created one website using j query and HTML 5 Bootstrap. The drop down menus are not appearing on tablet with android chrome.  It is working fine on desktop chrome and other android chrome. not showing on single tablet. Please provide solution. Version 46.0

Chrome 46 is a very old version, it is completely unsupported and unmaintained and it is filled with known security vulnerabilities and can be used to get you completely hacked.

Please, update to the latest version (56 currently) and see if your problem reproduces.

If it reproduces -

You can search crbug.com for an existing issue and star it. If you cannot find one, file a new issue using the "New issue" link on the same page.

Please, do not add a "+1" or "Me too" or "Confirmed" (or similar) comment. It just wastes the time of Chrome engineers and sends unnecessary e-mails to all of the people who starred the issue.

You can reply with a link to the found or created issue and might get triaged (and fixed) faster.
