Function for webpage-screenshots without the browser-GUI

Often you want to show something of a website (e.g. to an admin of your company) with a screenshot. Chromium should get a function to make a screenshot of the whole webpage, the visible part of the webpage or a rectangular selection of any part of the webpage.
