Changing Refresh, Forward and Refresh buttons

How can I change the browser refresh, back and forward buttons connected to the toolbar of the browser i just need to know the location to where there stored

The browser navigation buttons cannot be changed without changing the browser source however you can add event listeners. For instance, the beforeunload or pagehide events will capture navigation to another web page. I suspect that navigation within a web page (e.g. hashtags #) may not cause an event.
