How does incognito decide what to remember for auto-complete?

When I go into incognito mode, auto-complete "remembers" some things, but it appears to be somewhat random, and also changes at random. For example, it remembered my facebook account email for a while, but now it has forgotten. But it still remembers other logins, and some URLs, but the algorithm for doing so escapes me. Should it be remembering anything, and--if so--how does it determine what to save?

Chrome does not remember anything you type in incognito, it only suggests stuff you typed in the normal browsing mode.
If it does remember something, you should search for an issue and star it, or create a new one if there is none, at crbug.com.
