Chrome is acting strange.

I have noticed that Google Chrome has been acting strange today. I had
re-installed Chrome yesterday, and it worked correctly that day.
First, I noticed that Chrome was taking a long time to load websites
(about a minute, instead of the average of 10 seconds that I usually
experience). I also noticed that one particular website looked broken
when I loaded it, but looked fine after reloading it. I also have
Firefox open, which is working correctly.

This happens to me too on occasion, but it only seems to affect youtube.
