Chrome states that my browser is managed by my organization but this is my personal MacBook and not linked with work.

I did find this policy:

ExtensionInstallForcelist
[
  "jpfooahimmdiabjnlnhocamodomomnll;https://clients2.google.com/service/update2/crx"
]

How do I fix this so my browser no longer says it's managed by my organization??

You can manually delete these Chrome Policies on Mac. By following the instructions steps here below:
1. Press Command+Space to bring up Spotlight Search
2. Then, type terminal and press Enter
3. Type the following command into the Terminal window, replacing [policy] with the name of the policy that you want to delete:
defaults delete com.google.Chrome [policy]
For example:
defaults delete com.google.Chrome ExtensionInstallForceList
4. Press Enter to delete the policy
