Failed to launch GPU process when windows user login with multibyte username

As the title, new to this group, hope it is the correct place for my question.

We had plugin used gpu, but failed to launcher the gpu process from chrome log.


Chrome log and Chrome://gpu attached.

Anybody can help out?

It seems unlikely that it's related to your username being multibyte unicode. I'm pretty sure we would have heard user complaints from China by now.

Could those files be in use by some other process?

Hi PhistucK,
Sorry for making it confused,
We had NaCL working in Chrome, if the login user multibyte, the Chrome log I copied at the top will occurred.
The error log indicate that Chrome met errors, our Nacl will run video render task involve hardware accelerate.
Any further I will do more check on the code and update you guy soon.
