I wonder how chrome handles HDR videos playback

When I play the same HDR video on MPC-BE or VLC, the image looks different compared to Chrome—it's somewhat washed out. I tried adjusting saturation and contrast, but it still doesn't match.

Can anyone explain the differences between how Chrome and other players handle HDR?
