Hello!

I would need some details on MEI.

I am working for a media company would require some details on the MEI scores start calculation and start state.

1. On Jan 1st, does all site start from 0, or the calculation that has started will be used Jan 1st onwards?

2. How is it calculated for current sites that have autoplay enabled, they are 0 or the counter only goes up after a user clicks play? In our case most our sites have autoplay. Are they sitting at 0 on the users browsers?

3. Are the scores going to be rest at some point? If someone visited www.site.com and goes on a vacation and comes back after a month (or a large enough number), will they go to 0

The calculation has been running for longer. I do not remember how long exactly.

Basically, the user has to let the video play for long enough. If autoplay is allowed and the user doesn't pause the video, it will count towards MEI.

Our current algorithm doesn't do this.
