Chromium PDF Viewer — Displaying tool tips for form fields in PDFs

Hello, 

My organization uses Adobe Acrobat to create form-fillable PDFs. For the ones I'm creating, I was using the tool tip to show the desired format for field input. When opening the PDFs in a browser (I have both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge that I was checking this on), I noticed that the tool tips don't display when hovering over those fields. 

I wasn't sure whether to bring this up in the Chromium group or the PDFium group since I don't know if this is PDFium not reading the tool tip data from the file or Chromium not displaying it.
