Chrome Dev 146 Vertical Tab feedback

Hi Chromium team,

I am one of the user affected by the removal of the horizontal tab scrolling from Chrome 144.

I know there is already a bug ticket: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/475853506 , one Googler in the thread suggested to use Chrome Dev/Canary with vertical tab flag.

I tried that, but seems like "tab scrolling" is only available in vertical tab, but not horizontal tab (which is what I want)

I do not know how to send feedback for an experimental feature, so I am going to write it here:

1. I have 300+ tabs, some of them are grouped in Tab Group (with name)
2. I prefer horizontal tab instead of vertical, because the latter occupies too much screen space if you wan to see tab group name. Horizontal tab has no such issue because tab group name is also displayed horizontally
3. I want to be able to "have tab scrolling" + "always see tab group name" + "don't occupy too much screen space"
4. When "vertical tab" is released, please make sure that horizontal tab also support tab scrolling
