HowTo - Chromium - Bookmark bar in kiosk mode

Is it possible to show bookmark bar in kiosk mode?
Or as an alternative: is it possible to disable address bar, title-bar and tab-bar in normal mode

I do not think so.

But you can create your own bookmarks bar using extensions.
