chrome histograms - analyzing BrowserMetrics-active.pma ?

Hello,

About chrome histograms on Android device, When "PersistentHistograms" runtime feature is enabled, and storage as "MappedFile", I see there is creation of  "BrowserMetrics-active.pma" binary file. Does this file contains the same info as in chrome://histograms ?

Is there any scripts / tools to decode / analyze the BrowserMetrics-active.pma file?

Yes, this contains the data for Chrome's histograms. See https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/base/metrics/persistent_memory_allocator.h for details which can be used to load the histograms from the file into the local process. There are no standalone utilities to analyze this.
